Tilleys Glamping is a charming, small family run retreat nestled within 250 acres of the breathtaking Quex Park Estate, a true haven of natural beauty located in the heart of Kent, famously known as the Garden of England. Just a short distance from the award-winning sandy beaches of the North Kent Coast, our location offers the perfect balance of countryside tranquility and coastal adventure.

Set within Quex Livery, a peaceful and private 12-acre equestrian facility tucked away within the main estate, our glamping site offers a truly exclusive and serene experience. With just 5 beautifully appointed glamping pods and a brand new Horse Box suite, we provide a boutique glamping experience designed with relaxation, privacy, and comfort in mind.

Each accomodation is thoughtfully decorated and fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing escape, blending rustic charm with modern comforts. Whether you're enjoying a romantic getaway, a family adventure, or a peaceful solo retreat, you’ll find the space, serenity, and charm to make your stay unforgettable.

  • Take a short walk over to the Quex Barn Farm Shop and Restaurant. Here, you’ll find a welcoming atmosphere with a wide selection of locally sourced produce or enjoy a fine afternoon tea at Felicitys Cafe.

    If you're visiting with children, The Watering Hole Restaurant is a great family-friendly option. With a menu designed to please younger appetites and a casual, relaxed environment, it’s an ideal place for a stress-free meal with little ones.

    For those who enjoy browsing unique, handmade items, the Craft Village is a must-visit. This charming area of Quex Park is home to a variety of skilled artisans and independent crafters, each offering a range of one-of-a-kind goods. It’s the perfect place to find a special gift or a memorable keepsake.

  • Alternatively, if you wish to or book your session to play Crazy Golf, Paintball or Laser Tag at Quex Activity Centre.

    For the kids, Quex Park offers The Jungle Indoor Soft Play and Outdoor Play Centre, Bearded Pig Forge (providing blacksmithing courses and shop), and the Quex Adventure Farm Park which combines farmyard fun with exciting outdoor play.

  • Quex Park boasts an oasis away from the busy world if you need to recharge your batteries. We offer the loveliest woodland walks, 38 different species of birds, squirrels and other wildlife. There are many types of old oak trees, amongst others, and acres of arable farmland, skirted by 2.8 miles of long grass gallops.

The local area boasts many award-winning attractions and we urge you to explore Thanet. From the Turner Gallery to the very curious Shell Grotto in Margate. Dreamland is a vintage-style amusement park offering classic rides, a roller disco, arcades, live music events, and seasonal festivals. It’s free to enter, open on weekends and holidays, with pay-per-ride or wristband options for all ages.

  • Thanet offers an exceptional choice of activities, attractions and experiences. Theatres (The Granville Theatre is a charming seaside cultural hub delivering diverse performances year-round, with modern amenities and community spirit), casino’s, and a vast selection of pubs and award-winning restaurants in the local towns of Broadstairs and Ramsgate are well worth a visit! We are a also just a 10 minute walk from Birchington Village which boasts a fine selection of lovely eateries.

  • Canterbury is only a short distance away, a historic cathedral city and UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its stunning medieval architecture, notably Canterbury Cathedral, the heart of the Church of England. Dog Friendly

At Tilleys Glamping, we believe that holidays are better when your four-legged friends can come along too. After all, dogs are part of the family and they deserve a relaxing break just as much as you do!

That’s why we’re proud to be a dog friendly glamping site, welcoming well-behaved pups to join in the fun and enjoy the fresh air, wide open spaces, and countryside adventures that Quex Park has to offer.

  • With acres of parkland to explore, nearby dog-friendly beaches, Cheeky Beagles Dog Park and scenic walking and cycling routes right on the doorstep, your furry companion will be spoilt for choice when it comes to tail wagging fun.

  • To help us keep the site clean, safe, and enjoyable for all our guests (both human and canine!), there is a small charge of £10.00 per dog for the duration of your stay. This helps us maintain the high standard of our site and ensure that everyone has a paw-sitively perfect time.
